This Refund Policy explains how refunds, replacements, and technical support requests are handled for purchases made on Mempi Store.

Mempi Store sells digital products, including sample packs, loops, sounds, audio files, WAV files, and other downloadable music production content. Because our products are delivered digitally, refund rights are limited once the files have been accessed, downloaded, delivered, or made available to the customer.

By purchasing from Mempi Store, you agree to this Refund Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy.

Digital Products

All products sold on Mempi Store are digital downloads. No physical product will be shipped.

After purchase, access to the digital product may be provided through your account, the order confirmation page, a download link, or by email.

Because digital products cannot be physically returned, refunds are generally not available once the product has been accessed, downloaded, delivered, or made available to you, except as described in this Refund Policy or where required by applicable law.

Final Sale Policy

All digital product sales are generally final once the files have been accessed, downloaded, delivered, or made available to the customer.

We do not usually provide refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase;
  • Personal taste or subjective dissatisfaction with the sounds;
  • Purchasing the wrong product by mistake;
  • Failure to read the product description before purchasing;
  • Lack of compatibility with your software when the product format was correctly stated on the product page;
  • Not having the required software, device, storage space, or internet connection to use or download the product;
  • Discounts, promotions, or price changes that occur after your purchase;
  • Products that have already been accessed, downloaded, or made available, except where required by law or where an exception applies under this Refund Policy.

Refund Exceptions

We may offer a replacement, technical assistance, store credit, or refund in the following situations:

  • You accidentally purchased the same product more than once;
  • You received the wrong product due to an error on our side;
  • The download file is corrupted and we cannot provide a working replacement;
  • The download link is unavailable or broken and we cannot provide a working replacement;
  • A required file is missing from the product package and we cannot provide a corrected version;
  • A refund is required by applicable consumer protection law.

A duplicate purchase means that the same customer accidentally purchased the same product more than once using the same or substantially similar email address, billing information, payment method, or order details.

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submitting a refund request does not guarantee that a refund will be approved.

Technical Issues

If you experience a technical issue with your order or download, please contact us before opening a payment dispute. We will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Technical issues may include:

  • Broken download links;
  • Corrupted ZIP files;
  • Missing files;
  • Wrong product delivered;
  • Duplicate purchases;
  • Failed order confirmation;

When appropriate, we may provide a replacement download link, a corrected file, technical instructions, store credit, or another reasonable solution.

Software and Compatibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their device, operating system, digital audio workstation, plugins, audio software, and storage systems are compatible with the product format described on the product page.

Unless otherwise stated, our products are intended for use with compatible music production software, audio editing software, or digital audio workstations that support the file formats included in the product.

We are not responsible for incompatibility caused by third-party software, outdated systems, unsupported file formats, user-side technical problems, corrupted local storage, or failure to verify the product details before purchasing.

EEA, UK, and Digital Download Cancellation Rights

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with similar consumer protection rules, you may have certain cancellation or withdrawal rights for online purchases.

However, for digital content, when you request immediate access to the digital product and acknowledge that you may lose your right of withdrawal or cancellation once access or download begins, refunds may no longer be available except where required by applicable law.

By purchasing a digital product from Mempi Store and requesting immediate access to the download, you acknowledge that access to the digital content may begin immediately and that you may lose your right of withdrawal or cancellation once the product has been accessed, downloaded, delivered, or made available to you, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Refund Request Timeframe

Refund, replacement, or technical support requests related to a purchase should be submitted within 14 days of the purchase date.

Requests submitted after 14 days may still be reviewed at our discretion, but we are not obligated to provide a refund, replacement, or store credit unless required by applicable law.
