Yes. You can release finished music productions made with our samples on streaming platforms, download stores, social media platforms, and music distribution services, provided that you follow the license terms.

Do I need to pay additional royalties after buying a sample pack?

No. You do not need to pay additional royalties for using the sounds in your own finished music or creative projects, as long as you comply with the license terms.

Do I need to credit Mempi Store in my songs?

Attribution is appreciated but not required, unless a specific product page says otherwise.

Who owns the copyright to the samples?

The original samples, loops, sounds, recordings, artwork, product names, and related materials available on Mempi Store are the property of Yelsi AG. When you purchase a product from Mempi Store, you receive a royalty-free license to use the sounds according to our Terms of Service. You do not buy ownership of the original audio files themselves.

Allowed Uses

Can I use the samples in music for clients?

Yes. You can use the samples in finished music productions created for clients, as long as you do not transfer, resell, or redistribute the original sample files as standalone files.

Can I use the samples in YouTube videos, podcasts, films, games, or advertisements?

Yes. You can use the sounds as part of finished creative works such as YouTube videos, podcasts, short films, games, advertising music, background music, and social media content.

Can I modify, edit, chop, pitch, stretch, or process the samples?

Yes. You can edit, process, chop, pitch, time-stretch, layer, arrange, and modify the samples as part of your own music production or creative project.

Restrictions

Can I resell your samples?

No. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, upload, rent, lease, transfer, or make available the original audio files, either individually or as part of another product.

Can I use your samples to create another sample pack or sound library?

No. You may not use our sounds to create, sell, or distribute another sample pack, loop pack, sound library, stock audio product, construction kit, dataset, or competing product.

Can I share the download files with friends, collaborators, or online communities?

No. Your license is for you as the original purchaser. You may not share your download links, account access, purchased files, or license rights with other people, forums, Telegram groups, Discord servers, cloud links, torrents, or file-sharing platforms.

Can a team, studio, or company use one purchased license?

The license is granted to the original purchaser. If multiple users, team members, producers, or a company need to use the same product, each user may need a separate license unless Mempi Store gives written permission.

Can I register your loops or samples with YouTube Content ID?

You may not register isolated samples, loops, or sounds from our products with YouTube Content ID or similar content identification systems unless they are substantially transformed and incorporated into an original musical work.

You must not use Content ID in a way that blocks, monetizes, or claims content created by other legitimate Mempi Store customers who may have used the same licensed sounds.

Can I use your samples for AI training or machine learning datasets?

No. You may not use the original audio files, samples, loops, sounds, metadata, or product content to train, develop, test, improve, or create artificial intelligence models, machine learning datasets, sample-generation systems, music-generation tools, or similar technologies without our prior written permission.

File Formats and Compatibility

What format are the sound files?

Most Mempi Store sample packs are delivered as WAV audio files. Product details such as format, sample rate, bit depth, BPM, key, number of files, and download size may vary by product and are usually listed on each product page.

Do the sample packs work with FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Cubase, Studio One, Reaper, and other DAWs?

Yes. WAV files are widely supported by most modern digital audio workstations, including FL Studio, Ableton Live, Logic Pro, Cubase, Studio One, Reaper, GarageBand, Reason, Pro Tools, and many others.

Do I need special software to use the samples?

You need compatible music production software, audio editing software, or a DAW that can import and play the included audio file formats. Please check the product details before purchasing.

Are the samples ready to use?

Yes. Our samples are designed to be ready for music production. You can drag and drop the files into your compatible DAW, sampler, audio editor, or production software.

Are BPM and key always included?

Purchases and Downloads

Do I need to create an account to buy sample packs?

No. You do not need to create an account to buy sample packs from Mempi Store. You can complete your purchase as a guest using a valid email address.

How do I receive my purchase?

After completing your payment, download access may be provided through the order confirmation page, your customer account if you created one, or by email. Please make sure you enter a valid email address during checkout.

How long is my download link available?

Your download link is available for 30 days after purchase. We recommend downloading your purchased files as soon as possible and keeping a safe backup copy on your computer, external drive, or cloud storage.

What happens if I lose my downloaded sample pack?

If you lose your downloaded sample pack after purchase, please contact us at mempi@mempi-store.com. After verifying your order, we can send you a new download link whenever possible.

What should I do if I did not receive my download email?
